We’ll give you three reasons:
1. Experience. We’ve been in the credit repair industry for a long time. We understand the laws and how to leverage them to help you attain a healthy, accurate credit report, hopefully worth of getting approved for what you need. We have extensive knowledge of how collection companies and credit reporting agencies work. Not many can fight for you like us because very few understand the competition like we do.
2. We understand that happy customers leads to referrals; the better we do, the more customers we get, and the more our business grows. Most credit repair companies don’t understand this simple concept – they try to make a quick buck without much effort, leaving their clients with broken promises, poor results, and many times in a worse place then when they started!
3. It may not seem like it, but credit repair is fulfilling work. The gratitude we receive on a daily basis from lives we’ve affected is a feeling that’s hard to get anywhere else. This is all to say, we understand our work is important–life changing for many of our clients–and we treat it with the appropriate level of respect and urgency it demands.
Many people tend to think credit repair is irrelevant until they need it, often times when it's too late. It's always better to start trying to improve your credit now than waiting until you need to apply for a loan. Having a subpar score will limit you from competitive interest rates on loans, which can add up to thousands of dollars over the course of the loan. When you compare the price of credit repair to a higher interest rate on a 30-year mortgage loan, it is easy to understand why credit repair may be worth it.
We've had clients have their credit reports cleared of all negative information in the first month or two because obvious inaccuracies or other errors existed. Sometimes this kind of outcome is accompanied by dramatic scores increases. While that may be you, we want to be clear that most clients won't see results that fast, and may have to wait longer.
In fact, we'll be the first credit repair company to be completely honest with you: some clients don't get any results. Often no inaccuracies or errors exist, and in those cases there's nothing to be done. But that's not a bad thing! That's valuable information--knowing that means you can stop wasting time with this credit repair "thing" and move on to the next solution, which there are many (such as negotiating to settle your debts, paying your bills on time, building new credit, and time itself).
However, given that our service doesn't always work, we've gone above-and-beyond to provide the best guarantee in the entire industry: if you are unhappy with our service in the first 100 days, tell us why and we'll refund your money in full. Simple and tress-free, right?
If you're curious, there are credit repair companies out there that claim to get incredible, mind-boggling results in lightning-fast times. It's true! You may have heard of one. They usually claim they have a "secret". Their "secret" is that they're either 1) committing fraud by claiming identity theft on your legitimate accounts using faked police reports, or 2) creating fake credit profiles using stolen SSNs or EINs. That's a lotto you don't want to be a part of.
If there's a secret to credit repair, it's that you need four things: thoroughness, consistency, persistence, and patience. You pay us to be the first 3 for you, and we require you be patient for us.
We've helped clients with all types of issues that may appear on a credit report, ranging from from small inaccuracies and all types of different errors that can occur, all the way to fraudulent accounts opened due to identity theft. Some of these issues typically come up with bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, inquiries, credit card debt, late payments, old addresses, wrong names, wrong social security numbers, wrong birth dates, judgements, tax liens, student loans, and more.
We help clients dispute hard inquiries that are fraudulent and suspected of identity theft. However, we will not dispute hard inquiries that are legitimate or simply unrecognized.
The Bureaus are what we call Credit (or Consumer) Reporting Agencies.
They’re privately held companies (just like McDonalds or Walmart) that sell your personal and financial information in the form of “credit reports” to businesses who use that information to make an educated decision on whether or not to lend to you.
Due to shady practices by these companies in the past, and the ever-growing importance of credit in the lives of Americans, the government created laws to empower consumers to defend themselves by challenging the accuracy of this information.
Unfortunately, even with these laws, the effort required to challenge these entities and the information they report about you on a consistent basis can be very time-consuming. We like to compare ourselves to a cleaning service- you can certainly clean your own home, but if you don't have the time or just don't care to, hiring a professional is far easier.
We require that you identify any negative information that is 100% accurate and complete. We cannot dispute this type of information. Otherwise, we do absolutely all of the disputing for you, but we do need your cooperation from time to time, such as providing us with documents for proof of identity and proof of address that the Bureaus may need to fulfill our requests. We also suggest that you keep an active score tracker so we can get fresh credit reports to provide you updates with. However, it's not a requirement.
We service clients nation-wide.
We've stopped providing in-person consultations as there is no benefit. We can do everything over the phone--and have for thousands of clients.
